High-end contemporary women’s line is seeking a Production/Product Development Intern. Applicant must be willing to work 2-3 full days a week. Intern will assist Production team, tech designer, and design team in various important and interesting tasks ranging from sending out samples for photo shoots, working with import and domestic factories, and assisting with product development.

Up-coming Fashion Designer who has high-end, fashion forward, and custom jewelry, with expansion to handbags is looking for a design intern, and/or an operation/production intern. Starting immediately and running through December, with offer to hire at end of December. Internship is at least 2 days per week. Prefer college credit recipient or degree, but is not required. Interns must be highly motivated, hard working, personable, organized, and reliable, and have fashion industry experience. Production Intern
Intern will be involved in updating excel fabric tracking reports, working with industry specific software settings in fabric data, creating catalogues of info for new season (e.g.: fabrics used, yields, etc.) and production fitting.
Qualifications: Computer knowledge; specifically excel, organizational skills, analytical nature, great communication skills and basic knowledge of fabric terms (e.g.: yarn dyed, pc. dyed, etc) Intern must be responsible, hardworking, willing to learn in a team oriented atmosphere.
