OohLaLuxe.com Fashion Graphic Design Intern Needed

We’re looking for a graphic design intern at Ooh La Luxe! boutique, mainly for the website (to start). The intern will work on the following projects:

  • Creating a weekly themed graphic for the mainpage of the website
  • Creating a smaller, matching button for the sidebar
  • Creating category images for our premier labels
  • Helping with graphics for our newsletter
  • Basically, this intern should be prepared to create several graphics in the first week of work, and at least one graphic per week afterwards.

    You will have quite a bit of creative freedom with this project. You will mainly be working with product images and photos of celebrities, which will be given to you. Sometimes we will collaborate on ideas, but most of the time we will leave it up to you to pick the items and press photos and come up with a fun theme/color scheme/etc.

    Most projects will be fairly simple and shouldn’t take more than 15-20mins to create.

    Our intern is welcome to use all and any of the graphics they create for us for their own portfolios.

    School credit IS available for this internship (and preferred). Basic coding skills are a great plus, but not required.

    New Designer Women’s Ready-to-Wear line, HONOR, (located in NoHo) is looking for interns to start immediately to assist in the creation of the debut collection.

    We are a very small design house that produces two collectionsa year. We do everything in-house from sketching, draping, flat patterning,cutting, and sample production.
