PR Consulting is looking for Fashion PR interns for the fall semester ready to begin ASAP.

Applicants should be detail oriented, hard working, and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
You would be helping with our high profile clients such as Narciso Rodriguez, YSL, Vera Wang, The Row and L’Wren Scott.
Responsibilities would include organizing samples, gathering press clippings, general administrative tasks, preparing look book and other press or gift mailings, working with account managers and getting a basic understanding of the fashion public relations industry. In addition, you will have the opportunity to assist in the preparation of shows as well as at shows during Spring/Summer 2011 New York fashion week in September.

The office is located in SoHo and interns would need to be able to commit 3-5 days a week. School credit is helpful but not necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Data entry to track the delivery of sales literature, product samples and other necessary services to customers as needed
• Prepare literature aimed at securing new accounts
• Enter data related to sales and customers into computers
• Assist in making sales and handle bookkeeping associated with such
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services
• Assist with showroom appointments
• Prepare orders and paper work for online accounts such as Zappos, Ebags and Amazon
