Department: Fashion Show Production

Session: Fall 2009

Positions Available: 4 – 5

Minimum number of hours per week: 15

Compensation: This is an internship for Resume and Portfolio building only

Internship Frequency: Annually

Eligibility: Must be a college student or graduate with a vested interest in the fashion industry, great presentation, and positive attitude.

Job Functions:

Backstage Production Intern

• To work with designers regarding dressing models, setup, and communication
• To be familiar with the run of show and able to do model line up
• Execute model boards with pictures

PR
• At Door Check-In of invited guests

Technical
• Produce documentary of show process
• Video tape celebrities and designers for a doc style video that will play at show

General Production
• Assist with Gift bags

Graphic Designer
• Assist with layout of program
