RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting with reporting, monitoring, clips, media lists
Research & analysis (market, client, competitor, campaigns and so forth)
Online media outreach and networking
Assisting with the management and publishing of web & social media properties
Drafting & proofing materials
General administrative support

QUALIFICATIONS

Non-paid or for credit position. Let us know if you have your own laptop, which is preferred.

Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing and PR majors preferred, but if this
sounds like it’s up your alley, we’d love to hear from you.

Strong grammar, writing & editing skills.

Media savvy – major online media, blogs, social news, social networks, search & social media optimization, message boards, online advertising, and how it all fits together.

Comfortable working with numbers. If you have good experience with metrics & analysis, that’s a plus, so let us know.

Pages, Keynote, Powerpoint, Excel, HTML, InDesign and Photoshop experience. Please highlight any other special skills that are relevant.

TIME COMMITMENT

We can be flexible, but want to insure that our applicants get the most out of the position. Full days preferred, 16-20 hours/week ideally. Our day starts at 9 and ends around 6.

START DATE

We are looking for applicants both to start ASAP if interested and also for the Fall.
