Details of Fashion Internship:
Hunter Dixon, an emerging contemporary women’s wear designer located
in the Fashion Garment District, is seeking highly motivated interns
to start immediately and/or to stay through the fall semester.
Interns would be working with all divisions or some (depending on
interests/qualifications), including: PR, production, correspondence
with sales representation, work at retail store, finances and other
business aspects. This is a wonderful chance to get hands on
experience with a quickly growing women’s line, along with being a
great networking opportunity.

*Design Interns- Sourcing trims, proficient use of
Photoshop/Illustrator, good sketching skills in Photoshop/Illustrator
and hand sketching (not required but bonus)
Interns should have the following qualifications:

-Availability: 2-3 days a week from 10 AM- 6 PM (although flexibility
is possible)
-Self-starter/ willingness to take initiative
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Strong interest in fashion
-Be determined and motivated
-Computer skills are helpful but not required (Photoshop/Illustrator,
excel, etc.)
