Who We Are

The Cools is a New York-based startup located in the heart of SoHo recently featured in Harper’s Bazaar, StyleCaster and FMM as the cool new shopping site in 2012! Our site is an exclusive personalized marketplace focusing on high-end products in fashion, design, and art where users can buy and sell all kinds of cool products.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an exceptional social media / marketing intern eager to get involved in the tech and fashion world, and help shape our social media strategy and voice. This paid internship is flexible to best fit your schedule; we offer part-time and full-time roles.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help us manage our Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and Instagram accounts.

You’ll work alongside our Community and Marketing Manager to organize social media content calendars and events.

You’ll help analyze online traffic statistics and implement social media strategies in response.

Requirements

Willing to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions

Must have excellent organizational and time management skills

Must be able to work independently and collaborate with others

Strong understanding of blogging, social networks

Willingness to be a part of a startup team

Other Details

Work a minimum of 3 days/week in our SoHo office

Minimum commitment of 3 months

Can count towards college credit
