RESPONSIBILITIES

Traffic, organize and monitor samples

Clip media hits

Merchandise showroom

Organize and restock public relations / office materials

Run errands

Support select events and photo shoots

Create linesheets and select press materials

Coordinate seasonal press mailings

Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets

Market research

Assist in celebrity visits and model fittings

Support overall office operations

Technological skills: Microsoft Word and Excel. Scanning and internet research savvy. Photoshop a definite plus!

Available either half days Monday through Friday or three full days per week.

Unpaid. College credit available.

Office located in Midtown West (NYC).
