Seventeen Magazine is looking for a Photo Intern for the Winter/Spring semester. Photo responsibilities include photo research, location scouting, finding props for shoots, helping on set, calling vendors, and assisting the rest of the photo department.

Interns should be responsible, have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, and be incredibly detail oriented. They should be comfortable and effective communicating over the phone, in person, and via e-mail. We’re looking for interns who think outside the box and don’t need hand holding! Prior office and magazine experience is a plus. Photography or Journalism majors preferred.

Candidates must be in the NYC area, enthusiastic, proactive, able to receive school credit and available 3 or more days per week.
