ESP Showroom is a contemporary, multi-line clothing showroom representing European and American designers. We work with top retailers such as Scoop, Barneys, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks, and Fred Segal.

The internship starts January 2nd and will run for 10-12 weeks, M-F, 10-6pm. We need one bright, hard-working, fashion savvy, detail oriented, computer literate intern who’s looking to gain valuable experience in the heart of the fashion world. You should have some interest or experience in sales and be proficient in PhotoShop. This is a unique experience for the right person, as you will learn ALL facets of a multi-line showroom, including sales, marketing, merchandising, and customer service. You will work in the showroom and at trade shows and if you are exceptional, you will be given a lot of exposure and responsibility. College credit available (depending on your university requirements).

Intern will:
Check in and merchandise clothing lines.
Call customers about upcoming shows and new lines.
Put together marketing packages.
Help organize our showroom.
Scout for new, hip stores.
Represent our lines at 3 major tradeshows

ESP will:
Teach you all aspects of the showroom industry
Buy you lunch on days you work
Provide a travel stipend.

Requirements:

Intern must be computer-literate, especially on a PC platform and proficient in graphics programs such as PhotoShop. Must be comfortable on the phone and have a clear speaking voice. Must be presentable – this is the fashion industry!
