Here’s the job description for the internship with Aether.

Aether is a luxury designer and manufacturer of men’s and women’s contemporary and active apparel. www.aetherapparel.com. As Account Executive, my responsibilities are to assist in sales and manage our existing relationships with stores as well as find new opportunities to open more accounts. We are currently debuting our Spring/Summer 2012 collection, going to trade shows such as Project NY & Las Vegas, and trying to book road appointments and other possible opportunities that may arise. Director of Sales, Page, and I would need assistance in the following areas:

· Managing Relationships with key accounts

· Identifying and developing new account opportunities

· Managing all sample collections

· Working with PR team on gifting and tracking recent Press

· Securing orders and reorders

· Data entry and sales reporting

We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, all things considered (i.e. logistics, living arrangements, etc.) and could work for at least three months. This is a wonderful opportunity to get hands-on experience in the fashion industry.
