Jessie James is looking for motivated and dedicated individuals with a business focus and an interest in fashion. Our internship program is a three month overview of all aspects that go into the running of a contemporary women’s clothing boutique. TASKS
- Weekly product photo shoots and follow up editing
- Weekly inspirational photo shoots and follow up editing
- Developing content for Facebook, Twitter, blogspot, and MailChimp on a weekly basis
- Posting to social media sites on a daily basis
- Assisting with monthly store events
- Developing new ideas for promotions and marketing initiatives
- Researching current fashion trends and integrating into social media posts
- Weekly direct competitor research
- Weekly industry research through magazines and fashion blogs
- Assisting with monthly inventory duties
- General administrative duties
- Assisting on other projects as needed
SKILLS
- Organized, detail oriented and a strong ability to prioritize
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Advanced Illustrator and Photoshop capabilities
- Research skills and knowledge of the fashion industry
- Know how to use social media platforms – Facebook, Twitter, blogspot, MailChimp, Tumblr

- Entering purchase orders into our database
- Processing received orders and shipments
- Updating the site on a daily basis
- Familiarity with code writing for specific projects
- Maintain stock room merchandise
