Redbook is looking for design interns for the Fall of 2009 in New York
City. Candidates should be eager to learn about how the design department
of a national magazine runs. The responsibilities include research,
maintaining wall of printed layouts and general administrative duties such
as organizing reference material, photocopying inspiration material and
occasional assistance of the Creative Director. Design work will be
assigned based on ability. The candidate should be resourceful,
responsible, able to learn quickly and familiar with Adobe CS3. You must be
able to receive college credit and work 2-5 days a week from 10am-6pm
starting after Labor Day through the end of the semester. This is unpaid.
