Karla Otto Inc., a leading fashion public relations firm with offices in London, Paris Milan, Los Angeles and New York, is currently seeking part-time or full-time Business Bookkeeping / Office Admin Assistants for its Manhattan location. Karla Otto Inc. represents top-tier European and American designers both well known and newly launched. Such clients include Marni, Viktor & Rolf, Emilio Pucci, and Celine.

Bookkeeping / Office Admin Assistant Responsibilities include:

*Multiple-Client Invoicing for PR Services & Business Expenses

*Quickbooks & General Journal Entries

*Bank Reconciliations

*Fashion Client Expense Organization/Filing

*Vendor & Billed Invoice Reports. Candidates must be fluent and knowledgeable on Excel.

*Process filing of check, credit card & petty cash transactions for proper client expense bill-back.

*Bill Processing, Accounts Payable / Receivable

*Document Management / Filing

*Assist with cover of other office administrative roles when necessary

Requirements include:

*Quickbooks Experience is Mandatory
*Attention to detail with ability to produce in a fast paced high volume demanding company.
* Strong analytical, writing, presentation skills are necessary as is the ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment.
*Strong knowledge of computer systems and applications including Microsoft Office, Excel
* Pro-activeness, excitement, and team-player attitude.

*Must have ability to multitask & be organized.
