AGENCY Model Management was founded in 2010 by Samantha Phillips, a former model and make-up artist. It was opened with the underlying belief that models and clients should be treated with the utmost care. The boutique-style agency prides itself on consistently serving each of its clients’ needs and models’ career goals. Representing female models under its fashion, beauty, commercial, editorial, and runway divisions, has allowed the agency to develop their models to their fullest potential.
AGENCY is currently looking for sharp, creative and enthusiastic young individuals with a strong desire to learn about the modeling industry. Candidates must be highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task. Excellent writing/proofreading and interpersonal skills are necessary. Interns passionate about the industry will be able to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Interns will also gain firsthand experience in all aspects of the modeling management industry by assisting with castings, photo shoots, bookings, and managing schedules.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with castings and bookings
- Data entry, scheduling, maintaining image maintenance
- Updating and maintaining model portfolios
- Reviewing new model submissions and scheduling interviews
- Answering phones and greeting office visitors
- Speaking to and emailing clients, casting directors/producers
- Executive assistance to bookers
- Maintaining agency files and records
- Managing social media accounts
- Other administrative duties
Internships are also available for college credit.
