Position: IT/Showroom Assistant

Karla Otto Inc. is a leading fashion public relations firm with offices in Milan, Paris, London, New York, and Los Angeles. The offices of Karla Otto represent highly respected European and American clients such as Givenchy, Christian Dior, Celine, Viktor & Rolf, Marni, Pucci, and Thakoon. We are currently seeking a full time IT/Showroom Assistant to assist us with our daily operations.

This is an entry level position and is open to either candidates with a good working knowledge of IT environments and those with advanced skills.

IT Responsibilities:
-Manage the Showroom/Office IT environment
-Setting up new computers with company software, emails, adding network printers
-Trouble shooting computer and outlook problems
-Learn to manage IP phone server
-Record all company computer and mobile device account info., logins and passwords
-Support the Press Department with various IT needs for events

Showroom Responsibilities:
-Assist the Logistics team with domestic and international sample trafficking
-Manage interns in Showroom maintenance
-Assist in daily operations

We ask that you have good communication and organizational skills, a great work ethic, ability to work efficiently, and a can-do attitude. You will be working with a very welcoming and friendly office that is eager to share their knowledge of the industry.

Compensation: Negotiable
