The Silver Jeans Co. NYC Showroom is looking for part-time intern for the fall semester, starting immediately! This internship is a perfect opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the fashion industry.

We seek a hardworking intern who displays a positive attitude and is excited to assist our Northeast Sales Representative in various duties. The suitable candidate must be conscientious in following instructions, self-directing and reliable. He/she must demonstrate a high level of efficiency, with a strong willingness to learn.

Commitment expectation:

· Three full days a week, Monday – Friday for 3-4 full months.
· This is an unpaid internship and we prefer candidates seeking an internship for school credit.

Responsibilities include:

· Ongoing communication with vendors via phone and email
· Organize line for appointments and trade shows
· Set-up appointments
· Organize local trade show setup
· Work NYC trade shows
· Prospect new client base
· Various mailing tasks
· Process customer orders via the web based EOB system
· Excel, Outlook and Visuality tasks
