Atlanta – FlyJane.net Internship

Atlanta-based Retail Fashion dotcom seeks motivated, creative, hardworking Marketing/Advertising Intern for Summer 08 and beyond.

Candidate MUST have the following skill sets/requirements:

  • Positive Attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute is a must
  • Intermediate to Expert level Photoshop experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and FrontPage, etc.
  • General Knowledge and/or interest in Online Marketing and Media-WE LOVE FASHION GEEKS!
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Organize and be organized
  • Excellent Time Management
  • Some Retail knowledge
  • Results-driven
  • Creative-thinker
  • Out-of-the-box thinking
  • An analytical thinker is critical
  • Preferably a junior, senior in college, or recent grad majoring in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Graphic Design or related field

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing marketing programs from concept to execution for print, online and email marketing efforts.
  • Researching demographics for concept building
  • Developing Customer Surveys
  • Handling customer calls
  • Order Processing
  • Taking Phone Sales Orders
  • Assisting with website content
  • Assisting with Photo shoots
  • Developing Media Kits/Seasonal look books for site from concept to execution
  • Developing virtual viral Marketing campaigns
  • Concept creation
  • Developing Email Marketing concepts
