seeks a Store Manager for our Miami Beach, FL store.
SUMMARY
Day By Day
The Store Manager is responsible for planning and directing
the day-to-day operations of the business. Recruiting
new staff, retail training, staff scheduling, inventory management.
Improve profitability by managing controllable expenses such
as payroll, supplies and shrinkage
Creating the Experience
The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring that customer needs
are met, any issues are resolved, and service is unparalleled.
Creativity and sales experience combined should assure that
products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize
sales and profitability. Maintaining the great shopping experience and
excitement about our product that is Atrium.
Leader of the Pack.
Leading by example the Store Manager shows and educates employees on the customer relationship. Including keeping the customer informed with product recommendations, correspondence and keeping the relationship alive. Coaching and providing suggestions for improvement as necessary. Along with the singular employees, the retail manager has to look into the team development of the entire store employee work force. The store manager should also possess problem solving skills that ensure that the entire store workforce works in harmony and supports each other.
Look to the Future.
The position allows for the development of strategies to improve customer service, increase store sales and profitability. The Store Manager is not only an executor of ideas, but they also have to be a positive thinker and a person who surges ahead as a thought manager in the company. The position allows for close work with the buying office, communicating customer
feedback to product. The Store Manager should be active and aware of what is happening in the Miami area, relaying that information to the NY office.

• Achieve and exceed productivity and sales plan expectations
• Set an example of customer service by leading
sales efforts on the selling floor
• Recruit, train, motivate and retain quality sales
associates.
• Set goals and manage to expectations by clearly communicating
to the staff the metrics by which success is measured in
each area of the business
• Open communication with each associate to discuss performance
• Maintain a high level of visual merchandising and
housekeeping standards
• Protect store assets and inventory. Reconcile inventory to
identify and reduce shrinkage.
