FASHION/PR internship
Overview
A fairly new jewelry/accessory company is looking for a showroom internship that will help mostly with PR and marketing but not just limited to that. I share the showroom with my brother who has his own line of women’s contemporary clothing so this is a family business. Unfortunately this is NOT a paid internship, so I am looking for someone that wants to obtain college credit and or is willing to work unpaid. In return I will give write you a great recommendation at the end of the internship and some free perks. In addition you will be exposed to the garment and accessory business. Unlike many big brands out there, you will learn a lot here as it is small business and very hands on experience and casual atmosphere and flexible hours and easy going young people. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing the site’s social media network – creating viral exposure of the site on targeted networks/blogs and forums – creating links and partnerships with other sites , as well as reaching out to magazines, blogs and contacting media sources.
