		<description>^Do you...not know where you are?  99% of the internships we post here are unpaid, that&#039;s the way internships work.  Not all internships are full time either so its possible to have one and work at the same time.</description>

		<description>This is incredibly tacky. Unpaid internships limit the candidates to those who can afford to work for free. This means that it&#039;s not a quality based process. You are actually hurting yourself by choosing interns with financial means over skills unless the point is never hiring the interns because you are looking for free labor. I just lost a lot of respect for Style Caster.</description>
